I started shipping software at 14. Fifteen years and three continents later, I've watched too many small businesses get burned by agencies who quote $40k for a brochure and disappear for two years. So I built Luminest to be the opposite of that.
We sketch on day one, ship by Friday, and stay on as your tech partner. Two of our clients spent two years and tens of thousands of dollars getting a "demo" out of an agency. Two more pay over $1,000/month for software they barely use. That math is broken.
